I preface by making it clear that I am definitely not telling anybody how to live, Rather I am doing this for my own writing passions and spiritual creativity/spiritual evolution, as a healthy and constructive spiritual and creative art therapy outlet for the various dreams and desires that I discovered can be channeled into artistic writing therapy. December 1, 2024

The time period is now December 1, 2024 and I Stella Carrier feel blessed to say that I have succeeded in saving over 5000 dollars after taxes just in these past four months. The marriage between my loving husband Rusty Ridler and I Stella Carrier only gets better the longer we are alive. I moved to the Norfolk Virginia area by January 1, 2020 but fortunately I found a job within 3 months of me relocating to the Norfolk Virginia area. I planned on doing this to align with this timeline to take into account my husband Rusty Ridler wanting to stay at his current job that he is content with. Fortunately my husband Rusty Ridler preferred to follow me by December 2023 in order after he saw me doing fine in saving over 2 years of living expenses after taxes by November 1, 2023.

Additionally, the apartment that I lived in in Norfolk Virginia was less than 3 miles from the Norfolk Naval base and other shopping places so I Stella Carrier was able to save money on how much money I paid for gas in my completely paid for mazda 3 car which I am blessed to say that I succeeded in purchasing by December 1, 2020. Additionally, I Stella Carrier am blessed with a healthy and vital 119 pound body that I am blessed to have manifested by May 1, 2018.

Dear 36 year old Stella Carrier living on earth during your current incarnation. As your future higher self from this time period, I have important news to share with you tonight about some of the processes that you take to adjust and creatively evolve your life purpose and destiny. First things first as you say in your time, vital communication from one of your celestial spirit guides recommended that I have you do the following from now on because the amount of time that you and I communicate is going to change because of this

Each time scripting start an intuitive insight section writing ideas such as; incorporating dream sequences for writing ideas and future time traveling example

Story idea to be implemented by 2018; character has a sleeptime dream managing a dream sequence where she traveled to Iceland in her dreams less than 5 years ago

Start the four category scripts; scripting volunteer edition, scripting therapy edition, scripting fitness edition, and scripting online course edition

Additional intuitive insight; aim to save at least 375 dollars or more after taxes by September 30 or sooner

Third intuitive insight-incorporate things I did write in intuitive insight at least one or two

Stella Carrier as your future higher self this means that you are most likely going to communicate to me once a month if that due to your intuitive awareness that you are going to have to still make time to script nearly daily and put your fitness and weight goals on top priority.  I as your future higher self have a strong connection with your heaven spirit ally team so please know that your life if still going to continue to get better each day regardless of how often we communicate but each time we talk please try to write on any existing entries that are at least three days old or over. By year 2030 you Stella Carrier are going to understand why this was recommended to you.

One more important element as your future higher self that I must leave you with before I go to another party in the celestial counterpart of Bethesda Maryland to be invited to a dress party frequented by over 2000 spirits in just the span of 2 hours that was created from a collective of over 700 highly imaginative spirits who have passed over. This was obviously why I am communicating to you in a similar timeframe

As your future higher self I must dole and give out to you what others would call tough love and tell you that you must let go of more of your magazines, books, cds, dvds within 72-96 hours of this message but ideally 72 hours or less even if it means you have to adjust your writing passion a little bit to do so. The reasons why are going to be fully revealed to you by November 8 2020 or sooner. This is meant to be punishment free to you and rather a message from one of your female spirit guides that explains that doing this is actually going to supplement the therapy and volunteer work that is recommended to you that is all she can tell you for now. All I can tell you for right now is that it relates to the recommendation on why you are also getting the message to strive to meditate to at least 15 minutes of a sampler of your favorite music starting tomorrow, it is just you and our blessing from heaven Rusty living in the apartment so you actually have plenty of time and privacy to at least do 15 minutes of meditating to your favorite music. Another one of your male spirit guides explains to me that doing so-the 15 minute fave music meditation-is going to help get you to your weight loss goals much quicker

This Amazon music playlist collection of NOW That's What I Call Music Vol. 10 makes me remember the time period when I first heard a multiple number of these songs as I was stationed in Yokosuka Japan through the U.S. Navy  when I was introduced to a wide number of these tunes.             This kindlebook of Write Your Book On The Side: How to Write and Publish Your First NonFiction Book While Working a Full-Time Job (Even If You Don’t Have a Lot of Time and Don’t Know Where to Start) by Hassan Osman caught my attention even as someone who is interested more in writing fiction fantasy stories. Luckily I did find some information such as the reasons for looking at both positive and negative reviews. I admit from firsthand experience, even as an open-minded woman, I feel at ease with eventually checking out an author’s work if they are willing to allow both negative and positive reviews. Osman also mentions about checking internet forums, choosing a title and tying it up with certain keywords, writing more than once a week and more.

For obvious reasons, I must avoid posting this linkedin, twitter, and on facebook andor linkedin but I confess that I appreciate my current job(University of Maryland College Park food services job) but I do miss the Navy (I honorably served from June 14, 2000 and was honorably discharged by May 24, 2009 and I was only following what I felt was best for both my amazing husband and I when I voluntarily left the navy by May 2009). My husband and I are fortunately closer than ever but I intend to work in some capacity affiliated with the United States Navy by the year 2020 or sooner for the sake of my long term financial growth and even for both my husband and I and as a result I am going to follow my heart and keep this link despite the shocking headline. My husband and I have done a long distance marriage before and we both have faith that it can be done again if necessary regardless of what other critics may say.

For obvious reasons, this is another link that I intend to keep away from my facebook, linkedin, and twitter accounts. I do think that chef Robert Irvine has good intentions but the one area that also needs to be looked into is the fact that I am definitely not suicidal but I would not dare judge anyone who is. However, I know from firsthand experience, that sometimes certain employees affiliated with the Department of VA may not take seriously a person referring themselves for mental help and some people may wonder if you even need help if you are drug free and only drink occasionally. Additionally, I have a sweet husband but I need the type of one on one help where I am talking to a therapist alone not the well-meaning format of couples therapy. My husband treats me right but I need to talk to an unbiased person outside of both of our families on how to be respectful of elements and family members who play a role in my husband’s life while wisely venting my feelings. I am careful to be respectful to my husband about his family and I would not say anything about my mother in law or brother in law publicly that I would not say to their face, especially since they have treated me with respect when they visit. However, there are things I need to talk about with a third party privately that would be best for me to talk to about with in private with a therapist even with how sweet my husband is to me. However, finding help for me is tricky due to my current career and money situation that I am in the process of improving but I have encountered people who I now realize have wondered how serious my need for therapy is just because I am drug free and I only drink occasionally and even if I ever increase how often I drink I do have awareness on how to be moderate and responsible about it.
